Hi, I’m Mai! Putting the “Mai” in OhhMaigoodness. I first began my health & fitness journey when I was around 19 years old (I’m now 27).

At this time I had very little knowledge
about adequate nutrition, training and healthy living, but you have to start somewhere right?

I’ve made lots of mistakes along the way; eating way too little, training too much for too long, ignoring hunger cues, the list goes on.. But through mistakes is how I learned and grew. I have since completed my personal training course, have a huge interest in nutrition and am currently working as a personal trainer and consultant.

I am sharing my healthy meals with you to show you that eating well doesn’t have to be boring! Get creative with great ingredients and enjoy your food. 🙂
