SO so easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Because this is packed with healthy fats and goodness, these little fudge squares are quite filling.
I love the richness of this fudge and how you can just have one piece and be satisfied. If it was any other type of treat I’d happily eat the whole batch by accident. 😄

Easy chocolate fudge
Equipment
- bowl
- Spoon
Ingredients
- 150 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Nut butter
- 80 g Maple syrup
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave on 30 second intervals until smooth
- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and pinch of salt and stir well until combined
- Add the mix to a lined loaf tin and put in the freezer for 20 minutes to set
- Remove and cut into 8 large chunks of fudge
